HOW TO BOOK

Booking can be made by telephone between the hours of 0900 and 20.00 Monday to Friday on 0125237787. All potential clients need to arrange to telephone Graham  to discuss treatment before booking. In the event that he is unable to take your call, please leave a message with your name and a return number. His aim is to get back to you in 24hrs.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the end of your session and is payable in cash and cheque (Cheques made payable to Graham Butler) only.

 

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFER

If a client requests a transfer to an alternative session slot and the request is received within 48 hours of the original session time there will be no fee. If a client fails to attend the session without giving 48 hours notice the client will be paying the full session cost.

 

CANCELLATION BY GRAHAM BUTLER

Graham Butler  reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual without reason.

 

SESSION CONFIRMATION

Graham aims to confirm your session within 24 hours of you making a booking. If you do not hear from him within a working week or within 48 hours of your session please contact him on: 01252 377787

 

DATA

When you book, all personal data provided to Graham will be used in accordance with data protection laws and his privacy policy.

 

UNFORSEEN EVENTS

Graham is entitled to delay or reduce the level and/or scope of service(s) (including session materials) if we are prevented from or hindered or delayed in obtaining or delivering the services (including session materials) as a result of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
