From a background in couples counselling, psychotherapy, lecturing, group facilitation and people management, I have developed a wide range of skills in the field of personal change and development. These, together with my experience of working in another culture and a second language, uniquely fit me to understand and work with a wide range of clients.

Career background

In addition to being trained in Transactional Analysis and holding a post-graduate Diploma in Psychology from Surrey University, I am an accredited psychotherapist, an NLP trainer, hold two diplomas in clinical hypnotherapy, am an EMDR consultant and a Relate trained relationship counsellor.

As well as working one-to-one and in small groups, my other clients have included British Oxygen, University of Glamorgan Summer School, Relate, and Rushmoor, Spelthorne, Runnymead, Epsom and Ewell Borough Councils.

My base is in Farnborough, just off the M3, which is ideally situated for people living in the Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire borders.
